SALIC’s competency development programe
for young professionals is an ambitious program to support the vision of SALIC. In this program we partner with prestigious and distinctive universities in specialized fields of agricultural investment and livestock production by training our staff in an intensive one-year program in combination with training-on-the job in their respective fields of specialization.
